In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If you need to have another branded electrical item repaired, whilst is covered by its 12 or 24 month warranty period, we will handle everything for you. All you need to do is contact us to obtain a product warranty return form, and post this and your product back to us. Whilst Sydney Salon Supplies will cover all costs involved between the manufacturer, you will be required to cover the expense for getting the item back to us.
